Please note that we do not take deposits until after a litter is born. When a litter is born we will first notify those who are on our mailing list and allow one week for responses. After one week, if we receive no contact, via a call or email, specifying an interest in a kitten, we will place the kitten on the website and they will then be available to anyone who is interested.

Once you select a kitten, we must receive a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 in order to reserve this kitten for you for breeders. $300.00 non-refundable deposit for pets. It must be to us within 7 to 10 days of your correspondence of interest. Please note that Ocicats require a non-refundable deposit of $250.00.

Kittens can be shipped out when they are 12 weeks old. Full payment will be required for the purchase of the kitten before we ship. Please note that shipping cost is an additional $250.00 and must be paid as well. If you wish to pick up your kitten, they can go around 11 weeks, so please contact us to make arrangements.

All kittens come with a health guarantee, health certificate , a contract, all vaccinations/deworming and Tica registration papers.Our Ocicats will come with Tica and CFA registration papers.

Shipping cost, additional $250.00 are not included with the price.

Please note, if a kitten is sold as a non-breeder or pet quality then we need to see a veterinarian's certificate of neutering or spaying that the kitten is spayed/neutered between 6-10 months of age before we release the registration papers to you.
